so who else is a geek like me and will be out at 5:51 eastern time tomorrow morning to see mars at it's closest point to earth in nearly 60,000 years? i don't know about anyone else, but i refuse to miss this event. if only i had a telescope..read why

it's kinda disappointing knowing that it won't be any brighter at that time than at any other time during this week. but hey, this is history, man (or will be after the fact. heh).
